The Sitter Movie Review: Hilarious from start to finish, The Sitter injected a muchneeded R rated comedy boost to the draggy awards season of December. Jonah Hill delivers another funny performance, but the real surprise for me was the shocking progay message featuring one of the first kidrelated gay story lines in a mainstream film. Max Records, the awesomely talented kid from Where the Wild Things Are, has no problem with the content and easily delivers a calculated performance. I guess I was so surprised because gay content is rarely dealt with so carefully in a Hollywood film marketed toward young adults, and I have to say I was really impressed. The kids make the movie all the better, and each of them is given a relatively well developed backstory. The movie never sputters out, running at a perfect pace and hitting all the right punches. Even Sam Rockwell is awesome as a crazy couldbegay drug dealer who chases the sitter and the children all across town. The Sitter is a movie Id easily recommend and another fun treat from director David Gordon Green.

I saw part of the trailer and I really liked it but I was scared that all the interesting parts from the movie will be there and that is it, as most of the film lately. That is certainly not the case. There are way better plots that were left to be discovered.

The Sitter is definitely a smart and intriguing notion that could get the viewer connected to the story, though the storyline climaxes too soon, lacking any contro at the finale
The general idea with the film is a small dumb, but its incredibly original and it had so very much potential. So a lot is left within the dark along with the key point of the video is not even explained so is tough to care at all during the supposed dramatic moments.
I saw the trailer and I enjoyed it but I was scared that all the interesting parts from the film will be there and no more other interesting content, like it was with many movie lately. That is not the case. There are way intersting scenes that were remaining in the movie.
This film is much more of a thinking film than quite a few others, in that esteem I’d suggest it.
